Our HIPAA compliance services are provided for informational and consulting purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, compliance requirements may change, and ultimate responsibility for HIPAA compliance remains with your organization.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HIPAA Certify and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HIPAA Certify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
